In this workshop for moms, we will use principles of christian yoga, Pilates, and corrective exercises to help you restore your core strength from the inside out. In this introductory workshop, we will define the core, discover the power of breath in stress relief and meditation, identify common muscular imbalances in the postpartum woman, practice strengthening weak muscles, release overworked muscles, and learn how to incorporate mindful movement patterns into your daily life.
