Free Online Postpartum Core Restore Workshop
Coming Soon! Join us for a FREE Online Postpartum Core Restore Workshop! In this workshop for moms, we will use principles of christian yoga, Pilates, and corrective exercises to help you restore your core strength from the inside out. In this introductory workshop and in 20 minutes a day, we will define the core, discover the power of breath in stress relief and meditation, identify common muscular imbalances in the postpartum woman, practice strengthening weak muscles, release overworked muscles,and learn how to incorporate mindful movement patterns into your daily life.
This workshop is great for the brand new momma (at least 6 weeks postpartum), grandmoms, and for wellness or fitness professionals looking to learn more about a mind-body-spirit approach in working with postpartum women. We will practice exercises appropriate for diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, and overall core healing.
